ENDURENGTH Efficient Movement Method 

Tier I – 30 MINUTE. Classes are designed to help improve stability, strength, flexibility, balance and pain management.
Tier II or Move – 30 MINUTE. Classes are designed to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, balance and conditioning.

POISE & POISE  MOVE – LUMBAR SPINE, PELVIS AND HIP

Low back pain, Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction, Quadricep and Groin strains, Medial-Lateral-Anterior Knee Pain, Chondromalacia Patallae, Costal Muscle (Rib Cage) Strain, Neck (Cervical) Strain, Achilles’ Tendonitis, Posterior Tibialis Tendonitis (Shin Splints), Scoliosis

KNEEDY & KNEEDY MOVE – KNEE
PRESCRIPTIVE STRETCH, STRENGTH, and PREVENTION STRATEGY:

Patellar Tendinopathy (Jumper’s Knee), Illiotibial Band (IT-Band) Syndrome (Runner’s knee), Patellofemoral Syndrome, Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Injury, Valgus (Knock Knees), Varus (Bowlegged)

BACKBONE & BACKBONE MOVE – SPINE AND SHOULDERS
PRESCRIPTIVE STRETCH, STRENGTH, and PREVENTION STRATEGY:

Subacromial Impingement Syndrome (SAIS), Headaches, Low Back Pain, Plantar Fasciitis, shoulder Instability, Shouldern Pain, Thoracic Outlet Synrome, Scoliosis

BURDEN & BURDEN MOVE – CERVICAL SPINE, SHOULDERS AND ARMS
PRESCRIPTIVE STRETCH, STRENGTH, and PREVENTION STRATEGY:

Shoulder Impingement, Subacromial Impingement Syndrome (SAIS), Cervical Strain, Headaches, SI Joint Dysfunction, Biceps Tendinopathy, Shoulder Instability, Plantar Fasciitis, Tennis Elbow, Golfers Elbow, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.

ESSENTIAL MIX

A combination of the essential movements from each of the above classes for the time strapped.
